We do our best to process your online order within 24 hours of receipt. All orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (excluding weekends and major holidays). Shipping and process fees include our service, processing, packaging and delivery costs. All Boreal Amber products are shipped from Poland.

Boreal Amber offers two options for the delivery of your orders:
FedEx Express worldwide - 2-5 days delivery time
DHL Express worldwide - 2-5 days delivery time
Priority registered airmail by Polish Post - free shipping. EU tracking only
Europe 5-10 business days, Middle East 10-15 business days, America and Asia, business days, no tracking outisde of Europe
Actual delivery time will depend on the your location and time required for custom clearance if applicable.

Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We’re not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns Policy
If you receive your Boreal Amber product and discover that it is not what you were expecting, you may return it to us at your own expense. Please contact us within 5 days of delivery. We will accept the return of goods within 14 days of you receiving them. Goods must be returned in the same condition as you received them. We will then either replace it with a new Boreal Amber product of your choice (at no cost to you for Standard Shipping) or we will refund your bank account - whichever you prefer.
Because of the nature of those items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for custom or personalised orders.

Faulty or damaged goods
If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us by telephone on (+48) 605 194 143 or by email at info@borealamber.com. We will work with you to rectify the situation as soon as possible.
